    Very negative eperience. Chad used unlicensed contractors, put incorrect information on the permits, took more than double the time to not finish the project and acted nasty and entitled. No warranties were honored.

    Always check the license number of any contractor you will work with at DPOR (Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation). He uses License Number 2705170272 which is registered under Highland Street LLC. Alair Homes International will not respond nor support any inquiries that come through so the affiliation seems to have no value of the support of a bigger entity.

    You can also file a complaint with PRO Mid Atlantic- they put Chad on two years probation and a "mentor" program as a result of our complaint which is embarrassing for both parties- Chad's been in business for far too long for a mentor program to be appropriate and an endorsement from PRO Mid Atlantic just got diluted to very little significance if you are looking for a quality business.
