Left work early to ensure I would be home in time for a 4:30 PM appointment. At 4:50 I received a call indicating they needed to reschedule and "when would I like to do so". While apologetic, there was no pre-call confirming our appointment, with the actual call coming 20 minutes after the meeting time. Not an indictment of their work, but not really acceptable nonetheleass.

Took a month to get someone to my house to look at replacing 3 decks. Man said they would get back to me shortly. Came out April 5th. Today it's April 30th and still no estimate. No phone call. No email. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
