Hoffmann Custom Homes has built 3 homes for me. I wouldn't have anyone else build my home. They use quality materials as standard where other builders would charge an upgrade (i.e. Tyvek house wrap, 90+ Lennox high-efficiency furnace, steel-insulated garage doors, and many more!) They offer a one year warranty that is discussed with you prior to purchasing the home. In my experience, they have stood behind their warranty and fixed any problem I had that met warranty guidelines. Now, if I scratch my own walls, break a window, chip a tile, etc., they are not going to fix that for free, as that is damage I did. However, they always help me out by connecting me with a good contractor who comes and fixes it at the builder's price! They always answer the phone and respond to my emails as well. Obviously I love their product and service because I'm on house number 3, built by Hoffmann Custom Homes and would recommend them to anyone!
