This company is only in the business of deception. Do your homework before you hire Hollibaugh Enterprises/Construction. They will sweet talk you and make all sorts of promises – but in the end you will end up out of money, owing subcontractors that they never paid, and with terrible workmanship. I know because we hired them. They were never present on the jobsite. We had to finish paying for supplies and contractors to get our pool finished, only to find out that there were many, many subcontractors that they had not paid from the very beginning of our project all the way through to the end. Our project cost us $6,000 over contract and we will have to pay additional money to remedy the terrible workmanship and deficiencies.
Upon learning of Hollibaugh's failure to pay the subs, I started researching other jobs they have been hired to do and learned that they have walked out on at least 5 other homeowners, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from them and not performing the work. Run In the opposite direction from Hollibaugh Enterprises/Construction – they are thieves!

Warning! Steve Hollibaugh sent me fake invoices and fake checks to deceive me into thinking that he was handling the project. I sent him money for materials that were not delivered. In addition, some materials, such as Fox Blocks, wood, and nails Etc. were removed from my job site and used on other nearby jobs. I have spoken with 8 other individuals in my community who were also grossly ripped off by Steve. Steve received large sums of money from me to pay subs on my job. Many of these subs were not paid, and he also kept the money that was supposed to be paid for permits. Unfortunately, I had to pay twice to resolve this issue. Otherwise, I would have had a lien on my house. How can we prevent this man from causing any further harm?
