On March 28th Hom-Excel, Inc.'s representatives arrived to install new windows in my condo. They realized the window measurements taken by salesman Herb were incorrect and the windows will have to be re-ordered.
Despite my follow up emails and phone calls no windows were ordered and no final installation date given. The written contract clearly states windows must be installed by April 12th. I filled formal complaint with the BBB.
