Very disappointing. Rick came by walked thru my projects with me. Said I was going to be very happy with them. Their Plummer showed up didn’t complete the shower extension in the downstairs bathroom. Supervisor called said he’d stop by to take a look to go over work needed. He was a no show no call. Haven’t heard one word back as far as what’s going on. Rick said he’d have plans drawn up to get started on my projects & that he’d contact me when he got back from vacation. Three weeks gone by not one word. Just left me hanging. If this is how they do business I’m not impressed. Thanks Rick for blowing me off & wasting my time! Very unprofessional company for someone who says he takes pride in his company. Guess you guys just forgot all about me.
