This contractor, operating with the Home Improvement Source owner, NBruce Hovland, took over 25,000 dollars to remodel a kitchen ceiling, and install 2000 sq ft of tile. Over 100 of the tile are lipping, beyond standard, the tile pattern varied, Grout residue is rampant throughout our condo, grout color does not meet the color which we chose, all furniture moved to permit tiling was never replace or reassembled, window and door damage was incurred without explanation or correction.
