Hired to clean roof and replace deck. Seemed fine at first, until it rained.
1- A large amount of asphalt granules washed off roof into gutters with first rain. Filled my shop vac 2/3 full with the granules sucked out of gutters. He degraded my roof. Then refused to tell me what chemicals he had applied. (My roof was not mossy, just had fir needles on it from neighbors tree.)
2- Deck boards were improperly sanded, tops made into a concave surface so that water pools and sits instead of running off the deck. Did not counter-sink screws. Boards are splitting. Substandard work.
