This contractor has not only been extremely difficult to work with but left the project incomplete and tried to increase the final invoice price nearly $10,000. I work with contractors every day & have been in the real estate industry for a decade; yet, I have NEVER experienced such a vile, unethical contractor in my entire career. I believe his behavior is borderline criminal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using his services.
