Hired Homeland for a small job first and then added to the work when they were on time, on task and proved to be a good value. They worked within our time frame, schedules, advised of any cost changes on the way and made recommendations before proceeding. Also recommended and welcomed that we did some tasks ourselves to reduce overall cost. Bathroom work ended up being far more involved and extensive than we or crew anticipated. Final cost and work was reasonable and we are satisfied with results. We also had the team do a deck railing replacement and it was great as well. I would recommend with no reservations and will call for any future contracting work.
