AVI is the absolute worse home builder that I've ever built with. They lie and try to hide their over sites/ mistakes. They can't be trusted especially Billy who is the main contractor at Goodnight Ranch. Alice who is the president of Homes Of AVI could careless for her customers concerns and will basically treat you as a second class citizen. They build cheaply and try to lie their way through the building process. AVI thinks they can just cut us out of our contract, but unfortunately for them We are educated and know our legal rights as a buyer. I will not let AVI get away with the amount of heartache they have put us through and repeating it to another innocent buyer. AVI trust me we aren't giving up until you decide to do right by your buyers. Avi Homes, Texas we have been completely drained and emotional with how we’ve been treated by this home builder. Thankfully we are in quarantine and I have the time to write the Better Business Bureau and radio stations with my nightmare experience with this builder, if they decide not to do the right thing and fix all their building errors and over sites.
