During last week’s heatwave, our air conditioner failed, and we contacted several companies for quotes. Most sent sales representatives who focused on making a sale of a new HVAC system rather than addressing any additional issues we wanted resolved. We were told by multiple contractors that resolving the airflow problem in our master bedroom wasn’t possible without major work.
Brandon from Hometown Heating and Cooling was the exception. As the owner and technician, he offered knowledgeable, practical solutions and explained everything clearly. He replaced our system promptly at a fair price and with a few minor adjustments to our ductwork, was able to fix the airflow issue—something the other companies didn’t even attempt.
