Mark Hoover of Customer Care Plumbing is extremely easy to work with and is very fair with job costs. He doesn't up charge or over charge, he just gets the job done in a professional manor. I would recommend Mark's team for new construction or emergencies. He is really a great guy and does fabulas work. He got me out of a jam on several occasions. Once with the City of Bellevue where my original contractor couldn't get the job done, Mark was willing and able to pick up where that contractor left off and quickly remedied my renovation and saved the day. On a rental property in Issaquah, WA Mark was able to fix a botched water line installation that the city had contracted out. The company used several different types of metal connections(galvanized to copper) along with a pinhole leak and buried the water line. My water bill was typically $200 and spiked to over $500 22 months after installation. That company surprisingly went out of business and Mark was able to save the day again. (Needless to say, the City of Issaquah went with the lowest bidder and did NOT inspect their work.)
