Hope assisted in constructing my mother in law’s house. It has been an absolute nightmare working with her let alone the actual quality of workmanship. There are nails popping out of the drywall, crack in her cement that extends from one section of the porch to the other. The backsplash in the bathroom isn’t attached. It is just sitting there. Outlets not installed completely and move on the wall. She had to hire someone else to correct her front door because it wouldn’t latch or lock. Could imagine living in a home that you couldn’t secure? There are so many more things that I could post but her response was dreadful. She told me not to contact her any further when asking why things weren’t done. Then after sending pictures of just a few things, instead of taking ownership she directs me to the contract. I go get the contract and see a walk through was supposed to be completed with a punch list of items that still needed to be complete with a completion date. One there was NO walk through. A punch list I found before moving in there is no date listed and several items even on that punch list isn’t completed yet but per contract was supposed to be completed within 6 months. It’s been almost a year and now the warranty is running out. I have requested a visit or even a phone call (she doesn’t answer and her voicemail is full). Nope neither. Just continued with combative text messages. Horrible horrible contractor to work with.
