I asked him I want all windows the same size. His reply, "NO, NO! The side of windows are 2 inches shorter. I told him no, it was a foot shorter. Then I told him the windows are too high just above my hips. I said the window from the kitchen window (outside) should to be on the same level to living room. He got fed up and had redo. I showed him the pictures 'BEFORE' and 'AFTER'. He said it looked fine and not look the difference. Now the windows outside frame do not match. I showed him the pictures and he said it looked the same. I live here for many years and I know the difference. Now my safety is in jeopardy because I can no longer see people pull in. I am Deaf so visual important.
The deadbolt has not installed for a whole week and it was easy for everyone to access. I had to buy it after a week. He said will do it ASAP and never did.
Left a mess for me to clean up the old nails, staples, and broken window glass. He just did like "sweep under the rug". I told them I am satisfied for touch up, but not happy about the windows size. I found more faults.
Too many to list so PLEASE DO NOT HIRE LANSING BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION CORP.
I am going to report BBB soon. I spend almost $25,000 for what?
