Nagel was hired to do an extensive remodel of an existing home. He was disrespectful of the property and rarely showed up to work on the house. (When I fired him, my 45 gallon recycling bin was filled to the brim with empty beer bottles) After 18 months, my house had made little progress and what progress was made had to be redone. I was forced to rewire (Nagel left a live wire in one of the ceilings and all other wiring was multi circuit from 40 years ago...just one example of many: his electrician wired my Wolf oven, steam oven, microwave oven, and a two light switch on one circuit), had to resand and restain hardwood floors throughout entire home (new people said it was the worst job they had ever seen), my furnace piping was broken off allowing fumes to come back into the house...the list goes on and on. I am still remediating his work three years later. Luckily for others ,for the last three years, he and his cohort, JK Carpentry, have been banned from working in our county.There is not one single aspect of his work or his team that I could recommend.
