My association paid for all new concrete and asphalt. HPS laid new concrete and then brought in trucks to do the asphalt. The trucks they used to bring in the asphalt cracked and destroyed all of the new concrete. So, they came back to fix the concrete. Then, the machines that they used to fix the concrete scratched and ruined all of the new asphalt. This is what my community looks like now… a patched up mess and all of this for $111,000.00. I have never been so disheartened and disgusted. We worked very hard to afford this improvement. We have been in this mess for 3 months now with no end in sight. We paid for brand new concrete and asphalt; it should look that way. I regret selecting them for their services. Jim has been very helpful and amazing. He has done his very best to rectify the mess that was handed to him and to satisfy us as his customer (he alone deserves 5 stars). It is a shame that HPS has no respect or consideration for their customers, nor do they have respect for the employee who has tried to salvage whatever is left of their reputation. Shame on you HPS! Your inferior delivery of basic services for something that you have already been paid for should be an embarrassment to you. You do, however, shine bright as an example of deplorable service with your display of alarming incompetence and lack of integrity. You have put 23 households out at least 4 times for repeated failures. I do not typically bother to write nasty reviews, but you have more than earned it. Congratulations! Not that you care.
