DON'T HIRE THIS GUY. HE'S DOESN'T PAY HIS WORKERS NOR DOES HE PAY THE SUBS THAT COME OUT TO HELP HIM. I HAVE COPIES OF BAD CHECKS THAT HE HAS ISSUED TO HIS WORKERS AND TO HIS SUBS. HE RAN OFF WITH MY MONEY AND MY JOB WAS NOT CLOSE TO COMPLETION. HE KNEW HIS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED WHEN HE SENT ME THE CONTRACT, HOWEVER THE CSLB WEBSITE HAD NOT UPDATED THE INFORMATION. SO, WHEN I CHECK ON HIM, IT SHOWED LICENSED. HE TOOK MY MONEY FOR A PERMIT THAT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE HE EVER RECEIVED. THIS GUYS IS BAD NEWS. I'VE CONTACTED CSLB, EDD, SAC DA'S OFFICE, DOL, AND OTHERS.
