HVAC done EZ is replaced the how HVAC unit in my house and were able to come to the rescue right away when the unit gave out in 90 plus degrees. HVAC done EZ is fast, reliable and friendly. I would recommend them to handle all your HVAC problems.

My Heat/Ac unit for a 1600 sq ft townhouse failed me unexpectedly during the recent winter. It was 20-year system so it was only a matter of time before I needed to replace it. I called a well-known company to come out and assess the system to see if it could be salvaged. A salesman from the company came out to quote me $12,000 - $14,000 for a new system. A technician looked everything over for me. He was very professional and determined that all I needed to replace was a circuit board. Parts and labor would cost me $1000. We set the appointment up and a different tech, very professional as well, came out to replace said board. After installation, and me going out to purchase a new thermostat, the tech couldn’t get it to work. Again, it was an old system so I appreciated him trying and understood it just had to be replaced. When he stepped out to close out the job with his company, I was informed that he had to charge me $500 for the circuit board that did not fix the system, and was rendered useless to me, but the money could be allocated toward my purchase of a new system. LOL. To be honest I was really taken aback, shocked, that a company would think its ok to do this to customers. They actually called back the next day to try and sell me on a new system! LOL. Called another big, well known company, and was quoted $20,000 for a 1600 sq ft home but being a veteran they could get me a slight discount. LOL. A friend who is a home inspector recommended HVAC Done EZ, a smaller local company. Edgar Santiago was out same day to quote the job. His team was out 2 days later to do the job for HALF THE PRICE!!! They register the job with the county, 2 yr warranty with parts and labor, 10yr warranty on parts and all professionals that used to work for “bigger” companies. They relocated the outside unit and packed the base down nicely with dirt and gravel. Between the installing, removing old unit, taping, new pipes etc., they left my place absolutely spotless. Like a work of art! I recommend this company to anyone reading this! Thank you so very much to you and your amazing team Edgar! Best experience ever!!!
