  Do yourself a favor. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. On July 29, 2020 I gave Roger a deposit on our order for an 18ft swim spa. I was told that there might be a delay in receiving because of Covid. I was somewhat patient Up until November and began making phone calls and sending emails. Both to which there was no response. On February 9, 2021 I finally received word from Roger that our spa was order was "on time" and would arrive at the end of the month. The spa gas been in the Oley warehouse since then. When asking for a delivery date I get the same excuses - it's too wet or we don't have the manpower to deliver. November 7 I asked for a refund of my deposit to which Roger agreed and told me 7-10 working days.
  I'm still waiting.

  Bought an above ground pool in april of 2019. After one year the pool wall rusted out putting holes in the wall, in turn ruining my liner as the liner got sucked out the holes. Also lost the water i paid to put in it. Roger does not guarantee what he sells. He talks a good game, but does nothing to help. He gave me a number to call and they transferred me to a company in montreal, canada
  I was told by Roger they would pro rate the wall (since i got 1 year out of it) and that i would have to pay for shipping on the new wall after filing some kind of warranty. The liner and water Roger would not do anything about. He really does nothing for you after the sale, if you get your pool at all!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

  Pool installed

  It's sad that they can live doing these things to people. Now, November, still no pool installation. Don't put yourself through this mess. Calling a lawyer today.

  Do not please do not give your money to this place. In may gave a 3,000 dollar deposit for pool was told it would be done before end of summer I still have nothing. Don and roger will give you the run around now I’m in the process of getting a lawyer just to get my deposit back. Run from this place. The star is only because I couldn’t leave my review without giving something. Latisha
