  Don't use this guy to install your pool. Working with him was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I never do this kind of thing, but I just want to warn everybody to stay away from him.

  First of all, he is extremely unresponsive. There were multiple times that he told me he'd be at my house to start install on a date (which were all months after we agreed upon originally) and he didn't show up. Eventually I started texting him the night before to make sure he was coming, and he'd come up with a fake story to explain why he couldn't.

  Once install actually started, I was pretty happy with him, but that changed quickly. There were just a lot of things done incorrectly that I didn't realize at the time, and less than a year later, I'm looking for another installer to come fix the issues. I'm pretty sure we're going to have to tear down and completely reinstall, including buying a new liner.

  Don't ignore the negative reviews. It's better to wait a month for another installer. Even if he finally does come to install your pool, you'll wish he didn't.

  Pool installation

  We had Purchased our pool from American pool and spa in Whitehall Pennsylvania. Jayme was one of the contractors on the list for installation. We dealt with the same thing where he would say he’s coming and not come. It took us probably three months to get our pool installed till it was all said and done. He brought his dog when coming to install the pool who also bit my neighbors hand. The vacuuming kit we were given from American pools that came with the pool went missing we had to go buy a new one. We dealt with the same thing cursing getting nasty every time we would call to see when he was coming. Had to reschedule our water delivery 2x bc He wasn’t ready for it to be filled after saying he was. The best part comes next, multiple people noticed our skimmer box was kind of tweaked on the outside of the pool due to one of the wall barriers pushing on it. I reached out to American pool and spas questioning misalignment of the pool wall. I sent them pictures and sure enough they said the wall wasn’t aligned correctly and that was why I was getting pressure on the side of the skimmer box. About three weeks ago, I was cleaning the wall of the pool due to a slight algae issue which we had not had in the past. And I came across a bulge in the liner under the skimmer box about half way down. Looks as though a screw was dropped between the liner and the pool wall and is now bulging through my liner. We have made several attempts to reach Jayme via voicemail and text message and he does not return our calls. We have a signed contract with him. I’m guessing he was fraudulent after all. Thankfully my husband stayed on him and we actually got our pool installed, he must’ve went severely downhill after that.

  Jamie took a deposit from me to repair my liner. Now he is not returning my calls. He is the worst. Complete fraud.

  I would have to give Jaime a 0 star but that is not an option. He has no manners, uses volgarities when he gets angry, never returns call, and so much more. He will never show up when he says. Do not waste your summer waiting for this fool. He has no morals and things he can rid the elderly for there money and try to be buddy buddy with them. Calling them pal and buddy all the time to make them think he is taking care of them. When you call him out he goes crazy and curses and yells. Then tries to appologize. WARNING.....DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING. HE OS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!

  Jayme installed our pool in 2019. Terrible customer service. Hard to get in touch with, awful at returning callls and NEVER on time or showed up when he said he would be there. WORST part is the crappy job he did installing our pool. Definitely NOT a professional. Stay clear of this one!!!!

  $800

  I would not recommend doing business with this awful person he threatened me and my husband after weeks of calling him . No answer we could not believe this was the same person who took our deposit now he is saying we signed a non refundable contract. Wish I had seen these reviews before I paid him. We did not sign a contract with him we only made a down-payment. Wish I could give him a zero. No customer service

  Install Pool

  Same as multiple other reviews, was given a deposit and a timeframe of September and he continually changed the date after our hole was dug. Got a nasty text back from Kristin or Kris when I requested our deposit back, this was in September and it is now February. Filed a civil case against him and will look into criminal charges since this seems to be a case of theft by deception and fraud.

  I would not recommend doing business with Jaime Mcneish. We gave a deposit $1000 for an above ground pool installation. Unfortunately Jamie couldn't do the installation until late Aug, so I found another pool contractor who provided excellent service and was able to complete the installation in July. When we tried to contact Jaime for the $1000 deposit, he assured he would refund the money. It's now October and no response from Jaime after leaving numerous messages (phone calls & text messages). Much to my surprise I now understand there are other customers in the same situation. We have now contacted the State Police and in the process of filing criminal charges.
