I had recently hired Tyler Narans for a remodel of my kitchen. Tyler drafted up a contract which outlined all of the details and expected timeline for the project. We had scheduled a start date of July 5th, 2022 and I was waiting at the property until he arrived late and heavily intoxicated 1 hour later. This was obviously extremely unprofessional and dangerous for somebody on opiates/alcohol to be operating machinery so I told him he had to leave. Instead of just walking away, Tyler (CEO apparently of this operation) proceeded to scream and berate me, demanding I pay him first (having done no work by this point). I'll be reporting this business to the BBB and I don't suggest Tyler Narans or his business to anyone.
