Having Identity in charge of our new build has been a nightmare. Jason, the owner, was almost never at the build site. His father, Dan, was the project manager and was supervising but didn't know what was supposed to be happening so he wasn't aware when mistakes were being made. Our move in date was supposed to be in October, then November, December, and we FINALLY moved in the last of January. When we finally moved in, Identity still wasn't finished with MANY items. They have been in our home 1-2 times per week for the past 11 weeks and there is still more to be done. Their subcontractors do poor work. We have had their own employees tell us that they're embarrassed of how bad the work they did was. We have text messages, photos and emails we're happy to share showing the unprofessional way that they do business and proof of the poor workmanship.
