Tony Merla produces a good product with his concrete overlay system but his customer service and follow-up maintenance are non-existent. At the time he completed my job he acknowledged that there were two areas that were chipped and he said he would be back "next weeK" to repair them. Unfortunately, I paid him in full and I haven't seen him since. That was 2 1/2 years ago. I have called repeatedly and he has told me he would call in a few days to make an appointment and he has never called. It is time for the area to be cleaned and re-sealed and he said that it's a small job and will be really expensive and he has not set an appointment with me.
I definitely would NOT recommend this company. There are other contractors in the Santa Rosa area who use the same products ( from Allied Building Products) and have better reputations.
