    Due to a hot pipe burst, IKON restored the walls, the pipes, the cabinets, the floors, carpet and th

    Subject:  After a burst hot water pipe destroyed our floors, carpet and walls, IKON did more than repair, IKON enhanced our home.

    Our neighbors witnessed the aftermath of our home’s damaged due to the hot water pipe burst.

    They saw the finish on the new flooring in the family room, bathroom and kitchen. The newly painted reconstructed walls. The new family room carpet, beautiful new bar and countertop, totally revamped bathroom and kitchen cabinets with impressive countertops.



    Our neighbors jaws dropped when the restoration was completed.
They asked for the restoration company’s name.



    The masterful restoration was in IKON’s hands.
    
Lead by the talented Project Manager Anthony Lopez.

    
It was Project Manager Anthony Lopez’s assurance that calmed our nerves regarding the major damage.



    Anthony skillfully managed our expectations, the due dates and an impressive assortment of floor, carpet samples and countertops to choose from.

    Our confidence in the process was building rapidly due to Anthony.

    What capped it was Anthony's sensitivity to our aesthetics.

    His taste contributed to our home’s enhancement.

The quality of craftsmanship for the plumbing, walls rebuilt, replastered and painted was impressive.

    

A couple of our neighbors had comment they had a portion of their walls replastered for a minor repair. Their walls were left with a smooth finish on the repair. Did not match the original walls pattern.. They thought this was the state of today’s wall repair finish.

    Not so with us

    
Our neighbors liked that our walls pattern continued throughout the kitchen, bathroom and family room.
They could not tell where the original wall started and the repair ended.
