If you want attention to details and proper fit and finish with install than stay far away from these guys. He may be attentive to phone calls but the quality control is just not there. My shower doors leak from improper install. Glass doors on shower door hung unevenly. Drain plug for tub doesn't sit level when unplugged. My tub was all dinged up and damaged as his workers set up the saw for the tile in it. They also used it for storage for their tools and gouged and dinged it all up. Drips of caulk and smears of grout all over tub top. Little spots of the red vapor barrier, which is painted on the DuraRock before the tile, was all over tub. Feels like sandpaper as you rub your hand across it. Metal shavings from drilling when installing shower door were left in my tub. The tub will have to be refinished or replaced now due to damage.
Medicine cabinet was not secure to the wall and a large screw was just driven in the top corner searching for a stud which it never found not to mention it wasn't centered on the wall. Tile floor and tile walls in shower were uneven and gaps weren't minded. Even grout lines don't match up. Chipped tile on side of shampoo box inset. Board on bottom of vanity was has front black laminate piece removed without asking or telling exposing an unfinished surface with nails protruding. Shortcuts were taken with tile around valve coming up for toilet. They replaced the valve itself so not sure why a piece of tile would not have been drilled to place over it rather than cutting a notch out around the back side of it and inserting small piece of tile in. Side splash for vanity top reused but edges not cleaned before reinstall with a clear caulk exposing the seam with top of the vanity top and the uncleaned back edge. Whole bathroom was never cleaned or wiped down. Looked like active construction was still taking place. Bottom of bathroom door wouldn't even clear the tile floor until they shaved the bottom but they didn't shave it straight.
Stains on newly installed carpet from grout that I had to pull off of the carpet. Edge protectors on my bed frame were found in pieces. Secondary upstairs bedroom had gouges taken out of door frame from moving of the bed frame.
When I sent an email outlining all this he waked away saying he could never please me leaving a whole in my wall for shower pipes access and all these things that I now have to fix/repair. A total nightmare. Stay far away from these amateurs if you don't want a mess to resolve afterwards and don't by any means provide any feedback that borders on criticism or he will simply walk away.
Found faucet/sink to be leaking afterwards as well. Got a 1/2 turn out of the plastic nut to bottom of sink drain opening. Hot water side of faucet was loose. Got a full turn out of that plastic nut. A very poor job all the way around.
