In Time Renovations (ITR) put a new roof on our house in 2017. It was supposed to be a 25 year roof. in 2021, we developed a significant leak around a skylight in our kitchen. We contacted ITR and got voice mail. We left a dozen messages over the next 10 days, none of which were ever returned. Our complaint with ITR is not the quality of their roofing work, it is about their disregard for their customers. We will never recommend them nor will we ever use them again.
