Over the course of over 18 months and 2 summers, I encountered persistent issues with a defective inverter and defective panels, which significantly impacted the efficiency and reliability of my solar energy system-it simply did not work. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance and resolve the issue with service provider, Omnidian, the process was protracted and frustrating.
However, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the contracted industry team of professionals at Indigo Solar, specifically the technicians, Carlos and Denzel, along with Nicole and the scheduling team. Their dedication, expertise, and professionalism were exemplary throughout the entire process. They handled my concerns with utmost care and efficiency, demonstrating a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
Carlos went above and beyond to diagnose and rectify the issues with my panels, ensuring that my solar energy system operated at optimal performance. Nicole and the scheduling team were equally impressive, promptly coordinating appointments and keeping me informed at every step of the process. Their proactive concern, communication and attention to detail were instrumental in alleviating my concerns and restoring my confidence in the system.
