Worse company I've had to deal with. They showed up and then just left. Pocket the75$ from the warranty company as they closed the ticket out as repaired. Tried to call and they wouldn't answer. The warranty company called and they wouldn't answer. I called on a different number and they answered. You should never do business with this company.

Infinity heating and Air came to my mother in laws house to check her broken HVAC system. She has had a Home appliance insurance through American Home Shield for years. After 3 weeks of trying to get her HVAC system looked at this company (Infinity Heating and Air finally came to diagnose and inspect her equitment.I am a HVAC mechanic with 30 years of expertise in this field.I have done arbitration with small buisness owners with equitment and power supply companies(PGE).The servicemen was unaware of this as i watched him work.Upon completion of his work i spoke with him.I did mention to him the condenser fan motors were bad and unit on the roof has small leaks on the conser tubing due to old fatigued tubing. The report he gave me to sign said only the condener fan on the roof was bad.The wiring for the downstairs heatpump has been wired for Air Conditiong since my company installed it 17 years ago. When he jumped out the thermostat wiring it started and functioned properly.Just after his departure the condenser fan motor fails. He only gave me hisb invice fir 145.00 dollars. Then he submits the insurrance claim documents to the company called American Home Shield.It.After 10 days we get the claim back from American Home Shield. We never received this reporrt from Infinity Heating and Air.In this report it said the ducting was completely crushed uder the house for the downstairs heatpump as well as the ducting in the attic space was crushed. The servicemen never accessed the attic or the dowmstairs crawl space. These are legal documents and unlawful to forge or fraudulently sign off on.We a currently working with AHS to resolve this claim. It was denied specifically due to the fraudulent insurrance documents. This insurrance policy is for normal wear and tare of equitment. We are also filing complaints with the BBB and the county/city in which this company does buisness. My name is Steven Tucker,Novato CA 2055 Leese ln. 94945,415-892-7589

Very unfortunate to have to write this, I had 2 technicians show up a week apart to assess my AC unit. The first technician Noah stated it was the thermostat and since my thermostat was wireless they would need to order it and he would come back out to replace. The office was supposed to call me the following day, I had to reach back out a week later via text, call, email because no one was responding. A few days later I got a call from the gal in the office that my thermostat came in and the technician would be out tomorrow. I received no alerts on my phone that he would be arriving earlier, the first technician was great, he called hours before and gave me ETAs. The second technician Sal, showed up at my house 4 hours early did not call or leave a note to notify me he was coming. Then came back at our scheduled time at 2, wasted 45 minutes of my time to tell me he didnt think it was the thermostat but he would replace if it I wanted him to. THIS IS THE BASIS OF MY COMPLAINT, as follows: After talking with Sal, he seen the hesitation that I was on the fence about the thermostat, he reassured me that I could call within the 30day window to install the thermostat if I decided to change my mind and it would be covered. He is stating that there was a miscommunication and since he is the “Senior technician” he basically overrides Noah’s initial recommendation. If I want them to swap it out I would need to pay out of pocket, highly unprofessional. He knows he is in the wrong and based off the other reviews I see here and platforms I can now see this is a shady company. There other solution was to have the home warranty company send me to a second opinion company, just so they don’t have to come back out.
