  Would not recommend. used equipment that was too heavy and destroyed my sidewalk. Also damaged wall around palm tree. Did not rake decorative rocks that got scooped up with the dirt that was used to fill the project. Now will not answer calls to get the damage repaired.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I scheduled them weeks in advance. I called and confirmed they would be here on the day we had agreed upon they agreed but day of no show. No one answers the phone when I call. Finally get a hold of the little girl that answers their phones only because I called blocked! She said someone would be here tomorrow to finish the job so I assumed that meant they were still coming but no one showed up. The following day no show again and no one was answering the phone. When I finally get the receptionist on the phone hours later, She claims they have a broken down dump truck and it's pushed everything back. They knew this and didn't call to inform me. I told her this is not okay, I have plumbing, rebar, shockcreat, etc already scheduled out. That people are 4-6 weeks out I can't reschedule. She told me and I quote, "they can be there tomorrow (saturday) or you can go with another company and wait the 4 weeks". I told her I wanted to talk to the contractor and she said "mmm he is just going to tell you what I said". I insisted I talked to him and she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and of course she didn't answer. I kept calling until finally some man answered and said he would contact the superintendent and call me back right away, He never called me back. No one showed up Saturday, no call! Its now Monday and no call and not answering the phone. I have had to cancel everything that I have had and am now waiting for another company to come out! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

  dig for a pool

  I wont even give them a star, it took these guys two weeks to show up to do the job, I told them to remove all the rock to my neighbors yard and level the yard first before the dig, I got home the first night and none of this was done I called them and left a message that the were to level the yard first, I talked to our pool builder and he said he would take care of it.
  the next day they poked a hole in our fence(block wall) and that caused quite a stir with the people behind us and the whole section of our fence had to be replaced due to them hitting it with their excavator. After that they never showed up to finish the job or at least clean up, talked to Mike several times and he said that they would be out the next day to fix it, never showed, the pool builder Dans pool and repair said he could not get a hold of them either, now I am faced with having the hole thing redone due to their lack of customer service, i would recommend using a three year old and his Tonka toys to do a job before using them. We are out the full amount we paid for this and have to hire another company to start from scratch with this dig as it was done all wrong and the sides are falling in etc. Horrible company do not use them! Filing a claim against their ROC and also the BBB and anywhere else we can to make other consumers aware.

  I hired this company to dig my pool. they were punctual, however, totally destroyed my front irrigation system to the point where I had to dig to find the leak and fix it. Also the men sent out to do the job spoke little English and saw them pissing all over my house throughout the day. Could have at least relieved themselves in the hole that they were digging. It would have also been helpful if Joel, the head guy, I guess, would have suggested I rake my landscaping rocks to the side. Now they are all grinded into the ground and have to be replaced. I called Joel Ortego at one point to discuss the height of the seats I'm putting in the pool. He was very arrogant and after the call forgot to hang up the speaker phone and I sat and listened to him and the rest of the office staff laughing and making jokes about my questions. Not a great company to hire
