I am extremely disappointed in Inks Installations. After spending weeks planning, visiting past job sites, and picking out colors for our home exterior remodel, the company suddenly said that they no longer could do the job. We received an email out of the blue, stating that they could no longer complete the project. They will not return any phone calls or respond to any emails. We would just like a simple explanation as to why they suddenly cannot do the job. Our investment of time and planning with Inks Installations was a complete waste. If you are considering using them for a project, I would encourage you to look elsewhere before wasting your time.

We recently purchased a home that had a roof done by this company in 2011. This roof is still under warranty although they claim there actually is no warranty... we have the paperwork, but apparently they just TELL you there's a warranty to sell you.
A few months ago, we started having issues with the paint bubbling in one room. We used our HSA and had a pro come and check it. They told us the roof itself was not installed properly and there were nails popping through nearly every shingle. We then got our the roofing paperwork and contacted Ink. They told us there's "no warranty" but offered to come take a look. Upon arrival, the guys told us that this is a known issue from a previous bad installer and they would glad fix that portion of the roof at no charge. They came back the next day and told us that actually, no, they were there to fix it, but they were going to charge us.
That's called a "bait and switch" and it's not only deplorable but illegal. I called the owner Mike and he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me "oh well, then I guess we won't be doing your roof".
Absolute trash. Don't waste your time or money. We certainly won't be spending a time with these scammers.

I had Inks Installations update and redo my 86 year old mother's bathroom. They demo'd the old bathroom and hauled everything away. They installed a beautiful ceramic shower with security grab bars, updated vanity, and taller toilet. They crew was friendly and professional and treated my mother with much respect. She is throughly happy with the finished project. Nice job guys.
