    203k Renovation.

    Inland Properties and Owner Sean Lilly were the general contractor on a completely gutted house I purchased in Bristol, CT in September 2022. This was my first time buying a home and it was a 203k FHA rehab project. The project was challenging and while there were some modifications made to the original contract -- Sean never gave up. He was willing to compromise and accommodate me. He is a 203k certified contractor and he knows how to get all of the paperwork done. Inland Properties kept their word to me.
