I did not hire the contractor my landlord did. I live in the hill'dale apartment complex in spokane wa. They were re roofing my townhouse, and at the end of the day a storm came through (first rain in a month, not in the forecast) Water was pouring from my light fixture in my bedroom. Bucket after bucket. My bed was under the leak and got soaked. The mattress was ruined. They immediately said they were purchasing me a new bed. They were genuinely concerned and extremely nice. They stopped the leak and made sure I had a dry place to sleep. To me this is amazing customer service. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
