so we decided to remodel our kitchen, it was our first time renovating our kitchen so we decided to go shopping around & get ideas, samples & estimates regarding our Kitchen. My husband & I decided to setup a budget & promised to our self's not to go over it. We searched on a few platforms including porch & houzz. We got a few replies but most of the replies came from contractors in Yelp.
We decided to move on & started scheduling appointments with different contractors, this way, we gathered samples, ideas & prices from different contractors.
All the contractors we contacted, they all showed up. We we're impress with the professionalism we found on Yelp. Not even one contractor cancelled our appointment while contractors from other platforms didn't even bother to called us.
From all the contractors that showed up, Inner City Skyline was the best. Their representative, Jonathan, was extremely polite, friendly & professional. Jonathan showed up with gloves & face mask, which right away made us feel more comfortable.
He showed us samples of other kitchens that they had done before, so from all the samples he had, we ended up picking samples from here & there until we had a clear picture of what we wanted.
Jonathan, knowing what we wanted, showed us a few kitchen samples that looked just like what we had in mind, it was like if he was able to pick our minds & put together the kitchen of our dreams.
The project lasted no more than a week. From day one, all the personnel that showed up to our home was wearing gloves & face masks to keep our family safe. There was minimal noise while the crew was working & as soon as the kitchen was completed, they clean all the debris & even washed our driveway to remove any debris or dust that was left.
We we're extremely happy & 100% satisfied with the results. We never expected or imagine that our kitchen was gonna looked the way it looks now. The job & designs made by Inner City Skyline where amazing. Our kitchen looks like those kitchens you see on magazines & to be honest, that's what we wanted so we're so grateful we choose Inner City Skyline & made the right choice.

Inner City Skyline bribed me with $1000 to not write this review. Do not hire them for any of your projects. A warning from someone who has experienced their unprofessional service.
We paid for a professional general contractor to remodel our kitchen and experienced a nightmare that is still affecting our family today:
To summarize a 16 page document I have outlining all the issues:
One of their employees confronted me in front of my wife and kids and I had to ask the owner to get the employee off the job and that same employee came back a few days later inferring that a lean could be placed on my house because the owner wasn't paying him for the work he had done.A few days ago, Inner City Skyline sent me a document they wanted me to sign titled “Compromise Agreement and Mutual Release” which would release Inner City Skyline of “any and all past, present, or future claims, demands, obligations, on all theories of recovery”. I have already paid off half of the project and will continue payments as agreed upon by the terms and conditions but the company is trying to get out of their end of the bargain by not backing up the warranty or quality of their work if anything breaks. The document also states: “Inner City Skyline agreed to issue $1000 credit to customer towards the project for interruptions during the project. Contractor and customer agreed to release each other from future liabilities. Customer also agreed not to share any feedback in anyway by anyone on social media and online regarding the company.” This was in no way discussed nor was the understanding that the money the owner offered us a gift for all the hassle we went through going to be used as a bribe to get us to not write a review about what had happened.
Today, I was contacted by another Inner City Skyline employee asking if i had signed the document.
The Inner City Skyline Employee wrote:
“I understand *name redacted* (the owner of the company) talked to you two weeks ago and he told you that when you discussed on discount.”I replied:
“the fact that this is being phrasing as a "discount" speaks volumes to the complete misunderstanding of the conversation. We spoke about our numerous issues with your company and the nightmare we experienced and asked that we be given a chance to re-evaluate the price because we payed for a professional installation but received the opposite experience. This is not a "discount" or a payoff to keep us from writing a review. *name redacted* (the owner) phrased it as a "gift" as a way of saying sorry for the trouble we experienced. We didn't ask for a discount as if we were buying a final product with a coupon code, we wanted recognition of the extreme stress and hardship your company put my family through. This isn't up for debate, all parties recognize the issues involved with the job yet for some reason i'm being asked to sign a document stating that we won't tell anyone about the issues we experienced. This was never agreed upon and we don't like the implication that we are receiving a "discount" of $1,000 if we don't tell anyone about our experience. Frankly, it looks like you're trying to pay us 1k to not tell the truth and it's a bad look on your company. We are paying our monthly payments in full and will have the project completely paid off on the agreed upon terms. Please stop reaching out to us and reminding us of how terrible our experience has been with your company. We want to put this whole thing behind us and do the right thing. We ask that you respect our wishes to leave our family alone as we are done with your company.”A few minutes later, I received a call from another employee at Inner City Skyline demanding I sign the document or the $1,000 “discount” we were given would be taken back. I told him to send us the bill because we weren’t going to sign the document.
My advice, don’t hire this company. It’s not worth putting your family at risk and dealing with a completely unprofessional business like Inner City Skyline.

Inner City Skyline crew are terrific! We urgently needed a new fence of ~50 feet in length in our rear yard. They were recommended to us by a good friend. Our new fence was completed in under two days and it looks great! . The customization is what I like the most. Very good customer service from them. Look forward to working with them.

Inner City Skyline was willing to come to our house and look at a small job which they subsequently accepted. They fixed dry rot on one of our windows. very thorough, careful, excellent job. In addition, Crew was very polite and personable. Out of all the companies I've researched, he was the most affordable! Great Service. I will certainly use them again.

We used Inner city Skyline earlier this year and are happy with the results and process. We did our roof , and had a section of rotting wood on an overhang replaced. After getting 5 quotes, Perry was the most honest and reasonable. When one of the recessed light canisters was slipping out of the ceiling due to all of the hammering on the open beams, Perry repaired it for us. He was also really responsive to phone calls and emails - usually by end of day or mid-morning.

Inner City Skyline contacted me and scheduled an appointment to estimate the cost of a new pool vinyl liner and installation, that was on the Super Bowl day, I did ask if they would make it and they said yes, but then they called that morning and canceled it and asked me to call to reschedule, and I did, and on the second appointment they never showed up and never called to cancel either. Inner City Skyline appeared to be flaky; they were very inconsiderate to my time.

The remodel was just completed and the results are amazing. Our kitchen was transformed from a cramped, inefficient space to an open layout. We also added a new fireplace to the scope of work and it's just as beautiful.
It was a pleasure doing business with John and his team form Inner City Skyline on the remodel. Everyone was great to work with. His crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made sure everything was cleaned before leaving for the day.
John's follow-up is excellent and he communicates frequently to keep you informed. Despite my high expectations and pickiness, he was very patient, understanding, and accommodating. Customer service and satisfaction is paramount and Inner city skyline delivers.After the kitchen we also had ICS build a new swimming pool for us and the pictures speak for themselves, it is just spectacular !!!
Our kitchen and custom cabinets are better than we could have hoped for. We are so happy with the results, we are planning to use Inner City to remodel the bathroom next year.

I had my landscaping redone after a disastrous experience from my last contractor. Inner City Skyline was great. Did everything we asked and some extra'. Friendly contractor that was always on scene when i had a question or concern. Great job! highly recommended!

One of the best providers of kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The job looked amazing once it was complete and worked with only one representative. Its amazing how easy it was to work with them.
Getting the roof replaced on my 50 year old historic house was a breeze thanks to David and everyone at Inner City Skyline. They handled everything from permits to financing to final inspection and clean up. They didn't start when they planned...they started 2 weeks early! And they were finished in no time. David was always available for questions and concerns, and he and his staff treated me and my house with respect. Their knowledge and advice were greatly appreciated, and the quality of their work and their pricing cannot be beat. People are always commenting on my house and now on the new roof and I gladly tell them to call David at Inner City Skyline!
