Novel Remodeling

Very confusing. Rep created a contract for an exterior coating, and a second one for a retrofit. The contract went from one bank to another stating a "Remodel Of A Home". All done with only a signature for a a paint job and another for a retrofit. The rep, Eli Azizi made phone calls to me but with no reason or explanation as to the dollar amount for a false "Remodel" claim.

This is the second time we used Sean and his team. A couple of the fixtures from the first installation (four years ago) needed service. They were still under warranty so Sean came out and fixed them. During that appointment, I asked Sean's opinion of adding more lights around the perimeter of my property. His team arrived on schedule and installed the lights in a single day. So we decided to do a few extra projects and had grass installed with a few rocks to give it a tropical feel. Now our backyard has a different look and feeling, specially for this hot summer days. I would recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking to enhance the beauty of their landscaping

Our experience with Novel Remodeling could not have been better. Their professionalism is outstanding, all my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion and taken into consideration, my personal ideas were welcome, the team that they put together to complete the project was excellent, and the quality and choice of products are also excellent.

I really appreciated the time spent working with me to go over measurements and features with such detail. We felt like we were getting true personalized attention and that it wasn't just us who cared about how my kitchen was being planned out.

we recently had our master bathroom completely remodeled. We bought our home 25 years ago & this is our second big renovation after our kitchen was remodeled 5 years ago. They removed the mini-Jacuzzi we had & replaced it with a walk-in shower & tub. Our floor & wall tile were replaced & a flat screen tv installed on our wall. They also installed our new chandelier, painted the bathroom & installed new light fixtures that weren't there before. My husband & I are really pleased with the cost, the results & the job done at our home. The gentleman in charge of our project, Sean, was always checking to see if we had any questions or concerns while our bathroom was being remodeled. We did had a few changes that we wanted to do & he right away made the changes to what we wanted. The tile work is perfectly straight and the team completed everything perfectly with great attention to detail. Everyone was very friendly and there was good communication about what was being done. I came with a few ideas sketched out and they met me at my price-point, then blew me away with the quality. They built a totally unique table base and a TV stand that look absolutely killer. When it came time to powder coat the pieces they recommended a local guy and dropped them off at no extra charge.

I'm very picky and grew up with my Dad having a construction company so I had very high expectations nonetheless I'm confident to say Novel Remodeling would earn my Dad's approval. We will for sure come back to Novel Remodeling for future projects. In fact we already asked him for a quote to do work at our rental property.

The project came in on budget and on time, and was super communicative through out the entire process. He is an intelligent problem solver. We ended up firing our designer a few weeks into the project and they picked out all the finishing materials (recessed cans, baseboards, door hardware, etc) and we're super happy with his choices.

Their quotes were quickly turned around and their communication was always clear. They worked quickly and did their best to accommodate my families schedule. The actual yard is fantastic and my twin boys love being out back on the turf Novel Remodelling put in. 5/5 would recommend and work with them again!

They promised to turn up on Saturday and appeared without bothering us. They just went straight to work on our giant front yard and back-yard. They worked non-stop for hours, then quietly asked if we'd take a look to make sure we were happy before asking for any money. They cut down trees, uprooted old ones, cleaned weeds, I mean this was not remotely a small job. Highly recommended!

He thought ahead, had his team scheduled perfectly and he was in contact with us the whole time. AND they cleaned up everything really well. We cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Novel Remodelling. Super nice and super talented - We can't wait for the next project!

They called before to let me know they were on their way and on time. They did everything I asked: painting the garage, building furniture, hanging pictures and drapes, installing ceiling fans and mounting our TVs and hooking them up. They helped make my house a home! They keep you updated and do what they say they are going to do. This project was ripping out 20yr overgrowth from the entire landscape and replacing with an updated look and low maintenance plants, and also adding an artificial putting green. Happy with the results and would use them again.

The cabinets came out GREAT. I also had them replace the counter tops, sink, and add more cabinets to one section of the kitchen. The whole project came together great and the price was very fair. I'm very pleased with everything.

Their roofers were professional, from start to finish. It ended up costing more than initially anticipated, but with all the unexpected additional work they needed to do, it wasn't surprising. They did an excellent job, and looks like it will last a very long time.

The finish work on the skylight was done very well. Overall, I was impressed with the thoroughness and polish of the install. Even my neighbors commented how good the roofers were.

My name is Lee and I found them totally untrustworthy, Took advantage of our dire situation, had us waive the 3 day grace period, Their plumber would only re-pipe the whole house to fix a pin hole leak in the ceiling pipe (original issue). Once Ceiling/wall drywall removed, tried to scare us into an 8,000 mold removal,(done for $1500) upsell. when we refused they stopped work, asked for payment of work not done. My insurance agent can't believe their demands and they refused to give an itemized invoice for payment. Sadly we are in litigation as I write this.

they replaced all my windows and painted outside trim of the the windows. They were great.

Novel Remodeling has been so helpful to me regarding my solar panel installation. We first found them on Buildzoom and contacted them directly. As for our first meeting, Kieth was very knowledgeable. He explained where we currently get our energy, how California is struggling to pay for its own energy, and what we should do about it. He recommended solar panels on my roof and i havent looked back. Now i pay 5$ in average for my usage to DWP

I never heard of tex-cote until i came across novel remodeling. I live in the LA area so its common to get calls from contractors being annoying. I chose to go online and found them and called them for a painting job to refreshen the look of my house. They offered me a new product Tex-cote and the results was amazing. Check them out and check out tex-cote for all you homeowners out there. Reduced my home owners insurance by 10%
