    Deck Build

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Inside/Out Remodeling.
We hired them this summer to tear down and rebuild our deck. This was a difficult project due to the size of our old deck, the rotten lumber that needed to be removed, and the limited space in our yard due to landscaping and setbacks. We had to change some plans to be within code, but the guys made these changes with ease
I was impressed with both Bryon and Elijah, arriving early, getting right to work, and working through the heat! Some days, the temperature reached 100. Not a pleasant work environment, but they never complained and were always friendly and upbeat. Dustin was also a very hard worker, along with the 4th guy who joined the crew toward the end of the project. We’re so thankful we found this company and hired them to do the work. No regrets.
Caleb, one of the owners we worked with, was also fantastic. He was easy to get hold of, stopped by to check on things, and talked to us when any issues arouse. The bid we received from him was very detailed, and the materials used were high quality.
I was also pleasantly surprised that when I asked for something extra to be added to the project, it was not a problem at all. They said “sure" with a smile and just did it. These guys went beyond what I expected. A great team!
I would hire them again for other projects.

    Bath Remodel
    $17,000

I had a extremely bad experience with this business. I had an estimate done and I was o.k. with it and almost a year later they came by to talk about getting it done. By that time I had talked about some changes but one which probably would have brought down the price may have helped balance the extra work that would have cost extra. So I would have expected a new estimate to be given me if the changes were done and it seemed to be a fair estimate. Well after a short visit and talking through the job Caleb seemed o.k. to get going before talking about any changes in price so I assumed he was o.k. with the original estimate and he didn't mention anything about giving me a new estimate. Caleb then asked me for my down payment for the shower and let me know they would show up soon to start. I was happy (after nearly a year waiting) to get it done. Well after they had deposited my check I was surprised to receive a new estimate online. The major problem was it not only increased the cost for the changes I had added but the original estimate had been increased as well and this was after I had given them $2,000 for my shower. So after they had my money (and I didn't have the shower) they sent me the new estimate increasing the cost by around $6,000 unbelievably. So after close to a year waiting this is what I was dealing with. So I let them know I would look the new estimate over and maybe get new bids to decide how to go forward. This new estimate was much more than I wanted to spend and they had now even increased the original estimate lots more if I had decided to stick with the original work plan. So I did find another contractor to go with and I let InsideOut Remodeling know that I didn't accept their new estimate. The major problem was how they handled it and it was criminal if you want my opinion. They had taken my money before starting the job and not letting me know of any plan to change the original estimate and had even withdrawn the money from my bank already before the new estimate was agreed upon. Then they put my shower on hold where it had been ordered from. So I thought they would cancel my shower order and send me back my money. But how they handled it was what was criminal. They took the shower off of hold and changed the shipping address on it so it would go to Caleb instead of me (originally it was going to come to my house since I was the one that had payed for the down payment on it). So now they had my money and my shower and then they dropped all communication with me and refused to answer my emails asking them for my money back. I didn't realize they had taken the shower off of hold and now had my shower but I began to see they probably didn't have any plans to give me my money back. I realized this was a dishonest company now and so I thought maybe the only way to get my money back would be to go ahead and call the shower company and pay the remainder of the cost and have them send the shower to me. Well this is when I found out InsideOut Remodeling had secretly changed the mailing address and had my shower sent to them without telling me and now was refusing to respond to me to give me my money back. A long time had passed and no response came from Caleb and so I told the shower company (who Caleb is a dealer for) about Caleb being dishonest and the shower they now had was partly paid for with my $2,000. The company took me seriously and right away said they would call Caleb about this (the company is a succesful Christian based company) and they did. Caleb probably didn't want to lose out from being a dealer with this shower company and so around 10 minutes after the shower company called InsideOut Remodeling I got an email from Caleb saying he was going to send me my money back. This was unbelievable. I am thinking if it wasn't for possibly losing their dealership rights with the shower company Caleb would have kept my shower and my money. So I believe this is a very, very, corrupt business and I would never trust them - especially with a single woman like myself who they tried to take advantage of to steal my money. Knowing it's a corrupt company I'm sooo glad they didn't do the work since they may have been corrupt in how they did the work too - not doing a good job and hiding that so I would never know. One star is too much for this company and I would definitely stay away from doing business with them. If they keep this dishonesty up their business probably won't be around long anyway.

Skyler and Caleb did an amazing job installing a sliding glass door from Midway Wholesale on a very chilly day. Not a shred of waste left behind. They are very respectful and work together nicely!
