I would give less than one star if i could. This is a warning for anyone thinking of hiring this business. After the first project was completed in a decent timeframe, I believed that the other 3 projects would be completed in the agreed-upon timeframe. 8 months (yes 8 months) after the agreed upon completion date, the projects were still not complete. He required money up front. He installed plumbing and fixtures incorrectly, ruined walls and flooring, and didn’t finish any of the 3 jobs that he was hired for. I should have fired him long before I did but have never had renovations done before and assumed that most businesses asked for payment for materials,etc. I need at least 5k worth of work done to fix what he messed up. He is a con artist. Do not hire this company!!

EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES = Overpromise and Under Deliver. He is negative 5 Star in my books. He has not completed 2 of my projects - one was just to complete staining my deck and the other was a full rehab for a house. Takes 50% upfront and has not shown any progress. This was a project that was given last year in Apr 2021 and we are now coming to 270 days (initially promised to complete in 90 days) with no progress. Has lots of excuses (attending funeral services, health issues, family issues, sub contractors issue, etc.) Has lots of arrogance and has nothing to show for.
He collects money from you to pay off someone else. Seems more like a Ponzi scheme. Russell the Hustler.
Please be cautious of doing any work with him. So much for calling his company "Integrity Home Improvements" and has no Integrity in him.
