    Building of NEW Home
    $396,000

    IHB did not fix windows properly that were broke BEFORE CLOSING. They ALWAYS have excuses & blame manufacturers, subs. etc. They DO NOT complete warranty work.
    WARRANTY WORK STILL NOT COMPLETED after 13 months since purchase!:
    IHB promised ALL of their warranty requests would be resolved @ 11 month inspection. IHB Homes has oftentimes been unresponsive (not answering calls, not replying to voice messages/emails) to the warranty work requests. Have received flat-out denials of previously promised warranty work & then subsequent, sporadic home visits to repair some but not all of the warranty work requests. We relied on IHB's representations that the warranty work requests would be satisfied when we purchased a new home. Still have remaining warranty work. ITEMS LEFT TO REPAIR INCLUDE: WINDOWS: 1. Upstairs North Side Bedroom Windows (these are 2 windows together)-need to be fixed in their entirety immediately. The Issues Include: - Windows not airtight. - Water on ledge at the bottom where the inside frame meets the seat/ledge. - Increased amount of insect infiltration. - Screens are loose, do not fit & are too small for these window frames. - There are open gaps/clearance from the screen & frame. This window was brought to the builder's attention before closing 11/21/19. The window was broken weeks before closing & had to be replaced. It was replaced right before closing & replaced again in the summer of 2020. 2. Master bedroom screens (2) & Guest bedroom screens DO NOT FIT. DO NOT Buy from IHB. They don't live up to their warranty, and make excuse after excuse.

    My wife and I purchased a home that was under construction with Integrity home builders in August 2018. From day one they made us feel like we were In good hands, and we were. They made our home buying and building process so simple and stress free. I’m not sure how the owner Rhonda and her husband do it but their attention to detail is outstanding. There were a few things that got lost in translation but they went above and beyond to make it right. Customer service was excellent, the quality of work and craftsmanship is far beyond the standard contractor. I highly recommend building or buying from them, not only are they great people but they are an absolute pleasure to work with.
