Integrity Landscape did our front yard concrete and did a terrible job. SO many things wrong with it. So many noticeable mistakes. He would not come back to fix issues, would not respond to our texts. Did not finish job. He charged us 3/4th of job up front and after repeatedly asking him to give us the contract and him repeatedly promising to email it to us in the end we never received it. We trusted him as he had done our back yard the year before, but that was before things had changed with his business in regards to how he decided to run his business. Let crew go, and stopped using his expert forming and concrete subcontractors. Do not any longer recommend this company. If they mess up they do not own up to it, or fix it. Just walk away and leave homeowner to deal with the bad concrete mess. Zero integrity with this company. Don't know how he can sleep at night. No way to treat clients. So what happened….why has quality of this company gone bad? Well Mike used to hire concrete sub contractors to form and pour his concrete jobs. Since he now has his two married sons working for him and they need to make more money he is now doing his own concrete work and no longer using concrete specialists to do his jobs. His specialty is landscaping, not concrete. He used to sub the forming and pouring of that out to concrete experts, but is now doing it himself with his two sons. They are fine with a simple sidewalk but when you need precision and custom work as we needed for the main focal point of our front yard which required a 17ft round diameter concrete pad where a 60 inch round fountain will sit in center he and his sons totally did a horrible job. Did not cut lines in right places, cut uneven and did not get center of circle in the center and did not level it correctly so water would run off properly. So many lines cut evenly, so the circle looks like an oval as you walk up to door step. Had a blow out in one spot, didn’t lay forms correctly in other spots so concrete was not even, didn’t install light boxes in steps correctly, just left a blue plastic pipe sticking out of the concrete and those were not even placed evenly on each step. He also failed to create proper slants on slab or steps so water would run off correctly and that left what concrete specialists call a bird bath in one area of slab, which means water will pool there, causing flooding issue so water will not run off properly. SO many things wrong and it is the main focal point of whole front yard that displays a fountain.

Before this, I would have recommend Integrity Landscape, but you are only as good as your crew that works for you. He has let his experienced crew go and instead of using concrete experts to do the forms and concrete in his jobs as he had done in the past, he and his young inexperienced sons are doing it all themselves now to save money. Thus the great reputation that he HAD built for himself is now turning south.

As I said you are only as good as your crew. If you use an inexperienced crew you get amateur work that may not be so good quality. If you have a simple job, Integrity Landscape will do fine, but when you have a job that requires expertise and precision, better look for an experienced custom concrete company. Mike and his sons sat on their cell phones texting and let the concrete set up to long causing a disaster, when they should have been putting their attention on the job. Their carelessness let a disaster happen. Hope it was a valuable lesson for them! The fact that they simply took off and did not own up to their screw-up’s and walked away from it without fixing the mess and making it right and worse refusing to respond to our texting asking for him to come by and offer a solution and a fix, sadly does not fit the name of their company, Integrity!

Mike and his crew came highly recommended from our builders and new neighbors and we see why. Moving to this area from Kansas we knew little about what plants would do best and was not able to give Mike much of an idea of what we wanted...we just wanted NICE...attractive and easy. Mike guided us all the way and we are delighted...especially with the light package
