By Scott N.October 5, 2022fix driveway$6,300
Jeremiah Mitchell / Integrity Restorations is not bonded and their operating license expired in March '22. He showed up, dug up sections of our driveway and then the excuses machine was in overtime mode. He definitely left the driveway in much worse condition and they had no intention of coming back. They simply robbed us. STAY AWAY!

By Shirley D.July 7, 2022Seal our asphalt driveway$1,500
Jeremiah pulled into our driveway in rural La Center. He told us he had asphalt sealant left from another job and would give us a good price on sealing our driveway. This was a job we were anticipating doing soon but had not gotten quotes yet. We agreed on a price and he showed up the following morning. My husband asked him to also pave a small section to the side of the driveway that was currently covered with gravel. Jeremiah agreed but asked for $1500 in cash up front. Jeremiah then wrote up a new contract that my husband didn’t read but signed. The next morning my husband woke up early and did some online research, decided he didn’t want this company to do the work and told them so as soon as they arrived. They kept our $1500 and didn’t do the driveway sealing or asphalt work. They just drove away.

Untrustworthy. Laid a new asphalt driveway for us. The work that was completed was done well by the sub. However, the work was not completed to satisfaction. The agreed upon length of the driveway paving was not met. It was not the end of the world, but we agreed upon the end line, and it was missed. A discount of ‘couple hundred dollars’ was offered by Jeremiah, but his bid was still nearly $400 more than two other quotes I received so not much of a discount. To make it right I suggested a refund be provided of $100. Jeremiah agree to this. I provided CashApp and Venmo for the refund. For 5 weeks he told me he was having problems with his accounts, and here we are. Not a person or company I would do business with again

By John B.December 1, 2021Roof repair - small leak$0
Terrible phone conversation and shows up an hour and a half late for an estimate. The kid was “nice” but either is incompetent at roof repair or is devious. Told me I needed 2500 dollars worth of repair: new ridge cap, seal all the lower vents and replace shingles. I had a pinhole leak that was near the eaves and a ridge. Went up the next day and found a small nail head poking out near where the leak was… seemed obvious to me. He tried to tell me it was a few different problems causing the leak… “yep, it’s that” and the later “ah now I see it’s this” and bam, 2500. That’s robbery. Attempted robbery anyway. I’ve been building things my whole life but I’m not a roofer and neither are they. Or at the worst, they are dishonest. I have the most respect for people when they are intelligent enough to to troubleshoot a problem and fix it and accept a fair payment. I have zero respect for “integrity restorations” and I warn anyone who’d deals with them.

I gave him $12.5k 4 months to ago to pay for my new railing... he claimed the company was not taking orders because of Covid,, the reality was that he had to pay them first because it was a custom order.. Then said that he sent then a cashiers check, then he claimed he paid them directly , then he claimed that paid by CC then again he said he paid again by check.. Now only his wife answers the phone and promises he will call back. AVOID. He claimed that his "crew" was building it; however, he hired another contractor who hired another subcontractor.

Would not recommend this business. Communication is poor and unprofessional. Late/missed appointments, no detail on costs and outrageously high estimate. Bus license effective 3/2020 - very poorly run and unprofessional

They replaced my roof 4 years ago and it has completely failed. i have hired a new roofing company to replace the roof. The fascia and soffit have been irreparably damaged due to water infiltration. Their bond expired shortly after completing work on my roof, so not able to go after him through his bond. Do not trust Jeremiah to do any work on your home.
