This contractor, Tom Rosenwinkel of Integrity West Home Improvements, scammed us. They replaced our roof, and after building trust in them from that, we hired them to replace our house siding. We put down $15,000.00 for materials purchase, and after more than 6 months of waiting, and multiple excuses from Tom, the job has not been started, and no communication from him. Through some investigation, we found out that he has an inactive license and multiple claims against him. We believe from the beginning, he was planning on scamming us.
