This company claims to have very few subcontractors; however that's not the case. There were subcontractors that dug and designed the pool on the property, there are subs that paint fill and paint the deck, there are subcontractors that install the screen. Seems like a lot of subcontractors. In addition, I have to call the construction manager every week to find out what is going on with my pool and I never get a straight answer. I got probably at the end of the week. They had my permit May 31, 2012 and only began working on the pool 3 weeks later because I called them to find out what was the status of the permit, and when would they get started. I've had to manage this job then entire time and it is now August 6 2012 and it will be at least another two weeks. This company does not manage their projects very well. Beware that you will manage this job the entire time.

No customer service. Pool was turned over in September 2020. I cannot even say that it was completed because I never accepted that work was finished. Pavers ARE STILL unsatisfactory; marked up, stained, cracked, loose, acid stained. Plus there are still multiple issues that I have asked many times to be addressed. None of this issues can possibly be related to COVID or material status, its just poor service on the part of managers and employees of this company. For the $80k that we paid for this pool, patio and cover I am so very disappointed in what this company does. I should have paid less with a cheaper company, at least this way I wouldn't have been surprised and pissed-off with their response times and customer service.
