Expect to be DISAPPOINTED! While it’s understandable that several things can go wrong and delays happen, but in our experience with this builder, more things than not went wrong and absolutely not one deadline was met. Building during the Covid era was tough for all, but what we went through and continue to go through is absurd. We have approached this building process with professionalism and patience. The customer service we have received is appalling. We closed on our home in January and still have many items outstanding. The builder is currently not returning our emails, calls, etc. In the recent past, the builder has scheduled things to be fixed, but when the day comes, its radio silence and no work is done. We have taken days off of work to be here for appointments that never happen. In addition to the above, we received a Notice of Lien from the builders landscaping company for ~$16,000. We spoke to the landscaper and from the information we have been provided, this amount is still outstanding. The attorney did not catch this prior to closing. It was the builders responsibility but since we closed on the home the Lien is against us as the property owner. We used the builders preferred attorney and real estate agent. I highly recommend procuring your own attorney and agent.This review is to inform potential customers of the builders INCOMPETENCE, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please note this review is not intended to slander the builder and/or individuals working for their company. I do not know the builder personally.
