    We are most delighted to write this voluntary and unsolicited review of J.A. Montes Construction.
    We utilized the services of Mr. Jose Montes of J.A. Montes Construction and his crew to remodel our residence in Menlo Park, CA 94025 after he was highly recommended to us by our architect.
    Prior to starting the remodeling project he detailed in a binding contract the specific details of the planned project and a very fair total construction cost to be disbursed in timely payment schedules. The project commenced about 3 months after the contract was signed.
    J.A. Montes construction was responsible for the basic construction as well as for providing the AC and Heating services. The remodeling lasted over a period of about 8 months from August 2018 to March 2019 and added about 600 to 700 Sq Ft to the existing living area.
    Mr. Montes did a most outstanding job, making certain again and again that the construction was of the highest quality both in and outside. He was physically present at the site to supervise the job almost on a daily basis, often spending hours. His understanding and memory of what needs to be done is nothing short of being remarkable. We have in our experiences never encountered a construction leader and crew who were so dedicated and sincere. Mr. Montes considered it as an integral aspect of work ethics to do what you wanted him to carry out . He always came out with alternate ways to overcome any difficult request. More than one neighbor has commented how beautiful was the exterior and interior work that has been carried out by JA Montes construction.
    On a personal level, it was very easy to approach and speak to him. He was always friendly, patient, respectful and cooperative. He responded very promptly to telephone inquiries and returned the calls as quickly as possible, if unavailable.
    With each passing day, we came to regard him more as a dependable friend and guide, in addition to considering him as a skilled Property Developer.
    We express our grateful compliments, appreciation and sincere thanks to Jose and his team for the outstanding remodeling of our property.
    It is with great pleasure and no reservations that we recommend him and his company to you.
