we had a contract, which he broke, bc his subbed out grader pushed off his extra expense onto john acquaviva, which in turn he tried to charge us for. We fought his wife over the extra charge which in turn she said that she was terminating the contract saying she was going to refund the difference for work completed from our initial deposit. That conversation took place 9/2/20. Since then they have failed to refund the money and have disconnected all numbers, emails, etc...associated with the company. they suck
