He appeared at a house for an estimate inside without wearing a mask. He later found out that his daughter has Covid so he is isolating. When the owner of the house asked him to get tested so the owner would know if he might have been exposed, Carroll refused. So now the owner has to isolate for 5 days before he can get a valid test. Carroll should not be working if he has no respect for others.
