I want to thank J.Cwanger Roofing for the quality of service I was provided. Simply the best roofing company in New Jersey. It wasn’t easy to pick a roofing company. There are plenty to choose from online and the phonebook. However, J.Cwanger stuck out because the volume of positive reviews. I called for a free estimate and was impressed that the owner came out that day to look at my roof. I was given an estimate that was either comparable or less than the other quotes I received. What made my decision was dealing with the owner Jeffrey Grimley, who was polite, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me on costs. Once the job started – the crew was fast but efficient. The owner continued to check on the job site and made sure that I understood anything that came up – such as when I found out we needed new soffits. Even with the extra replacement of soffits - the roof was completed exactly on time. Three months later after our roof was completed – we had a leak coming from our duct work. I called Jeff – he didn’t assume anything instead he sent his crew members to look. It came back that it was our mortar around our chimney. The next day his crew came out and caulked my chimney. We sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability and the way you conduct business as a whole. We have, and will continue to, recommend your service to our friends and neighbors.
