J&D Kitchen Distributors is the best business of it's kind in the area. BUT BUILDZOOM IS PROVIDING J&D - and anyone who uses buildzoom.com - a disservice by publishing an OLD LOCATION ADDRESS. The correct address is132 Old National Pike, Hagerstown (Funkstown) MD 21740

The process we had to go through was a nightmare. We had to take several extra days off work to get this project completed. Just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong on this relatively simple job. Broken cabinets showed up so the job was put on hold for weeks. A day of work wasted. The day of the install my wall was damaged and had to be repaired. I had to repaint it. Then we found out that the countertops could not be placed because the cabinets were not installed properly. Because of this I had to miss yet another day of work for the cabinets to be removed and installed a second time. Then when we scheduled the countertops to be installed, I had to leave work at noon for the scheduled 12-5 delivery. They did not show until 8PM. More of my work hours wasted. Communication of the delay was not handled well. I was told they would be a little late but given no updates. We had to cancel a planned event that evening because we just didn’t know if or when the countertop would show up. Overall this experience was not what I had hoped. I chose their company instead of Lowe's or Home Depot to avoid exactly what happened. I was hoping for a more professional operation. In the end they did install the cabinets properly but the experience and headache to get there was awful.
