I had my ac done in 2018 by JE the owner ever since we had problems finally called america ac they ask who did my ac because it was done poorly,so anyway had another ac company come check it out again said who ever did your ac did everything wrong not up to code and illegal the heat exhaust was tape which should never be tape they should have put a new platform when putting unit they did not.. so all the cold air is all in the unit and I'm will not refer them.lousy work.

Their work ethic seem to be good, they just don’t seem to know what they’re doing they put in my system in March a 5 ton multi zone system. They’ve been out five times the unit is sweating and ruining my ceilings and cannot seem to find the problem. I think they’re grasping at straws‘s. I am going to get an attorney and get this right I have spent $18,000 on this project. I would not recommend them to any other customer. My contact person has been Rodrigo and he has been very helpful and tried to get the problem solved but is not been successful in doing so.
