This contractor is very slow to show up, always late and may cancel the appointment the same morning less than 1 hour before he is set to arrive. He does not call, he sends an email! I had several projects he worked on and do not recommend his work. I am still waiting (over a month) for the invoice marked "paid" from him. On the plus side, he is friendly and honest.
